Platform breadth
Buffer, Hootsuite, SocialBee, OneUp and Typefully post to many networks today. We're X-only by design — the Meta bundle (Instagram, Facebook, Threads) is coming soon, then LinkedIn, then Bluesky. Coming soon is not live: if you need five platforms this week, we're not your tool yet.
Media libraries & native apps
The big suites schedule images and video from polished media libraries and ship native iOS/Android apps. We're a web app focused on words that post themselves; a fuller media workflow is a known gap on our build list.

Which tool is cheapest for AI that posts to X by itself?
OttoSocial Pro, at $19/mo: unlimited AI generation in your voice plus autopilot publishing. Tweet Hunter's AI writing sits on its $99/mo plan, Postwise caps AI posts until its $97/mo tier, and AutoTweet.io's autopilot starts at $99/mo. Buffer and SocialBee are cheaper schedulers, but their AI doesn't write and publish for you.
Which of these tools no longer posts to X?
Hypefury. Its own pricing FAQ says 'Hypefury no longer supports X', and X is missing from its channel list (Bluesky, Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok). Our sister site AutopilotX maintains the switcher guide for stranded Hypefury users.
Why is OttoSocial X-only?
By design, for now: every feature — voice learning, Smart Timing, polls, link tracking — is built deep for X instead of shallow for twelve platforms. The published roadmap adds the Meta bundle (Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads) next, then LinkedIn, then Bluesky.
